How does the free tier work?
Free users get 5 conversions per month. The output is limited to the first 10 seconds as a preview, with a 20MB input file size limit. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited, full-length conversions.
Who is the weekly plan for?
One busy week — a single project, a deadline, a batch of files you need converted now — where a month-long commitment is more than you want. Be aware of the trade-off: at $5.99/week it is the most expensive plan per week we sell. The monthly plan works out at roughly $2.08 per week. If you expect to need Pro for two weeks or more, Pro Monthly at $9/month costs you less. It renews every week until you cancel.
Why is yearly so much cheaper?
We want to reward commitment. The yearly plan gives you the same Pro features at $5/month instead of $9/month — that's a 44% discount. Most power users go yearly and never look back.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your Stripe billing portal. No questions asked. Your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. You can move between the weekly, monthly, and yearly plans at any time from your Stripe billing portal, and we'll prorate the time remaining on your current plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay through Stripe.
Is my audio data safe?
Your files never leave your device. All conversion happens in your browser. We have zero access to your audio files.
