Service
AudioUtils provides browser-based audio file conversion tools. The service is provided as-is. Audio processing happens locally on your device.
Free Tier
Free users may perform up to 5 conversions per day with a maximum file size of 20MB. These limits may change. We reserve the right to adjust free tier limits at any time.
Pro Subscription
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $5/month through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your Stripe billing portal. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable Use
You may use AudioUtils for any lawful purpose. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the service. You are responsible for the content you convert.
Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your audio files. We claim no ownership over any content you convert. AudioUtils branding, code, and design are our property.
Limitation of Liability
AudioUtils is provided without warranty. We are not liable for any data loss, conversion errors, or damages arising from use of the service. Use at your own risk.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
