Service
AudioUtils provides browser-based audio file conversion tools. The service is provided as-is. Audio processing happens locally on your device.
Free Tier
Free users may perform up to 5 conversions per month with a maximum input file size of 20MB. Free-tier output is limited to the first 10 seconds of audio as a preview. These limits may change; we reserve the right to adjust free tier limits at any time.
Pro Subscription
Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe. We offer two plans: Pro Monthly at $9/month billed monthly, and Pro Yearly at $60/year (equivalent to $5/month). You may cancel at any time from your Stripe billing portal. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal by emailing support@audioutils.com. Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days. After the 7-day window, refunds are not available for the current billing period, but you may cancel at any time to stop future charges. Yearly plan refunds are prorated if requested within 30 days of purchase.
Acceptable Use
You may use AudioUtils for any lawful purpose. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the service. You are responsible for the content you convert.
Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your audio files. We claim no ownership over any content you convert. AudioUtils branding, code, and design are our property.
Limitation of Liability
AudioUtils is provided without warranty. We are not liable for any data loss, conversion errors, or damages arising from use of the service. Use at your own risk.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
